The State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) and the East Africa Climate Legislative Assembly (EACLA) have formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding to advance climate change advocacy, harmonize legislative frameworks, and promote sustainable development across East Africa and the wider African diaspora.
